a very simple Dough, very crispy,filled with Nutella and roasted hazelnuts.
Dough Preparation
- preheat Your oven, and set it to 175c
- Roast The hazelnuts for 15 minutes, and let it cool down
- In your food processor place the butter, yeast, and flower
- start pulsing until you see the first dough crumbs.
- Add salt and sugar and continue pulsing for 1 more minute.
- Add Vanilla,sour cream, and eggs, and pulse until you see the dough.
- Rap your dough and let it rest for an hour in the fridg.
- roll out the dough and insert it to the silicon mold.
- fill it with nutella, and crushed roasted hazelnuts.
- roll a rectangle of dough, and put it over the filling, to close the cookie.
- freeze the dough in the mold for 1 hour.
- preheat your oven and set it to 170c.
- take the cookies outside the mold, on a baking tin, and bake them for 20 minutes.

500 gr all-purpose flower
10 gr dry yeast
120 gr confectioners sugar
10 gr kosher salt
2 eggs size L
1 tsp vanilla extract
200 gr butter
50 gr sour cream
1/4 cup hazelnuts
