
making blond chocolate
Preheat Your oven to 120c.
Add 300 gr of white chocolate to your baking pan,with parchment paper.
"Bake" the chocolate for about 1 hour, stiring it every 10 minutes.
You will see the chocolate getting caramel-blond color
blondies ingredients
250 gr blond chocolate (1+1/2 cups) (you can replace it with white chocolate)
220 gr melted butter (1 cup)
340 gr brown sugar (2 cups)
2 Eggs size L
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 Tsp kosher salt
280 gr sifted all-purpose flower (2 cups)
blondies -how to make
Melt The Butter in the microwave.
Mix the brown sugar with the melted butter.
mix in the eggs, and Vanilla.
mix in the flower and salt, and then the chocolate
Transfer the batter into your lined tin, and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
let it cool an then cut to cubes
